Request to Review File: Cases Filed prior to January 1, 2018

Anyone requesting to view a Supreme Court file must submit a Request to Review File form.  The form should be emailed to file_request@courts.state.nh.us.  It can also be mailed or hand-delivered to:

The clerk’s office will attempt to make files available for review as soon as possible; however, files may not be available for review on the day requested.  Files will generally be available within 24 hours of the request.  The clerk’s office will notify you as to when the files are available for review. 

Individuals requesting to view files are limited to 10 files per day.

If a file, or any portion of a file, is confidential or sealed, anyone requesting to view that file will be asked by the clerk's office to provide identification to verify that they are entitled to view the confidential or sealed information.

Request to Review File: Cases Filed on or after January 1, 2018

Anyone seeking to view a Supreme Court file may use the computer kiosks that are located in the public lobby of the clerk’s office. The kiosks provide viewing access to all docket entries and documents, except as to cases or documents that contain confidential information.
