    All broadcast equipment should be in place and tested at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the proceeding. Equipment shall not be moved, adjusted or dismantled during the hearing. 
    Media are advised to arrive early to park and allow for security procedures prior to entry into the courtroom. 
    Cellular telephones, including those with cameras, must be turned off prior to entering the courtroom. Hand held tape recording devices and laptop computers are permitted.

    Broadcast or print interviews will not be permitted inside the courtroom. Interviews will be permitted in the lobby outside the courtroom, unless the court determines that such activity is disruptive to security or courthouse operations.
