Volunteers Needed for Attorney Discipline System

The New Hampshire Supreme Court is seeking volunteers to serve on the committees that make up the New Hampshire Attorney Discipline System.  While applications are welcome at any time, beginning in January 2023 there will be openings on all three of the committees that are part of the system.  In particular, the Professional Conduct Committee will have an opening for an attorney or a non-attorney; the Hearings Committee will have openings for both attorneys and non-attorneys; and the Complaint Screening Committee will have an opening for a non-attorney.  A description of the Attorney Discipline System and of the role of each committee, as well as an application, can be found on the “About Us” page of the Attorney Discipline System website: www.nhattyreg.org.  Appointments to the committees are made by the Supreme Court.

Individuals interested in being considered for appointment to a committee should complete an Attorney Discipline System Committee Application and submit it to the New Hampshire Supreme Court Attorney Discipline Office, 4 Chenell Drive, Suite 102, Concord, NH 03301.
