A Report on the Recommendations of the Criminal Defense Task Force has been Released and Posted to the New Hampshire Judicial Branch Website

CONCORD, NH - The New Hampshire Supreme Court Report on the Recommendations of the Criminal Defense Task Force has been released and can be reviewed on the Judicial Branch website at https://www.courts.nh.gov/sites/g/files/ehbemt471/files/inline-documents/sonh/final-nhsct-report-on-task-force-recommendations.pdf. The Task Force was assembled by Associate Justice Patrick Donovan at the request of Chief Justice Gordon MacDonald to assess the current crisis facing indigent defendants in the New Hampshire criminal justice system.
